2. Handling digital marketing efforts of multiple clients
3. Effectively handling a team of multiple client servicing managers, content writers, designers and paid campaign associates
4. Resource and budget optimization for success of the department
5. Upselling opportunities- scope for revenue generation
6. Monthly reviews with clients- improvement in the quality of delivery
7. Create Innovative campaign ideas on a regular basis for the benefit of the client
8. Responsible for the growth of every individual team member, in terms of their contribution towards customer delight
9. Responsible for successful and timely execution of projects by engaging the team.
1. Should have a thorough understanding of social media marketing and content marketing
2. Should have basic knowledge of paid campaigns and search engine optimization
3. Should have extensive experience in client servicing.
4. Should have good analytical skills and marketing foresight
5. Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions to clients
6. Self-motivated, go getter and a team player
7. Good communication skills- both written and verbal
8. Excellent presentation skills- should be able to convey the ideas and strategies in alignment to the requirements of the clients
1. A postgraduate from any stream, but you need to have a marketing blend of mind
2. Digital marketing certifications will definitely help your case
3. Even if you are a graduate but should have relevant experience
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
2. Should be from digital marketing agency background
3. Should have been into client servicing or client management for at least 3 years
4. Have handled a decent size team
5. Have handled multiple clients from various Industries
