Desired Candidate Profile
Proactively source, access, interview and hire qualified candidates. This includes posting jobs, networking and sourcing with across multiple candidate development channels, pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates both on the phone and in person and advising hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing the candidates through Job Portals, References, Ads, Walk-ins, and other databases.
- Building a strong candidate database across critical skill sets.
- Screening & shortlisting of CV's and initial Interview scheduling.
- Planning, coordinating & executing the Recruitment and Selection process
- Ensure recruitment of resources within the lead time specified
- Developing and maintaining of the database on the basis for immediate & future requirements.
- Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
- Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
- Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
- Address queries and issues of workers when required.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience into recruitment.
- Knowledge of different job portals. (Naukri, Monster , Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication.
- Confident and able to deliver in fast passed dynamic environment.
- Hands on working knowledge of Excel and different office tools.
- Prior client handling experience is a great add on.
We are looking for candidates with experience in IT hiring. This role requires sourcing for Trainers across all verticals. Someone with Team Handling experience will be an added advantage
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 PA.
