Role and Responsibilities:
• Taking care of end to end recruitment cycle. ( Sourcing, scheduling, negotiation, joining formalities)
• Proven experience in hiring IT requirements.
• Excellent experience in negotiation and aggressive follow up.
• Client handling.
• Daily interaction with clients to understand their requirements.
• Interview co-ordinations.

Skill and experience:
• Minimum 1 years of experience into recruitment.
• Knowledge of different job portals. (Naukri, Monster , Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Comfortable working with IT requirements.
• Excellent communication.
• Confident and able to deliver in fast passed dynamic environment.
• Hands on working knowledge of Excel and different office tools.
• Prior client handling experience is a great add on.
