Role and Responsibilities:
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Taking care of end to end recruitment cycle. ( Sourcing, scheduling, negotiation, joining formalities)
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Proven experience in hiring IT requirements.
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Excellent experience in negotiation and aggressive follow up.
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Client handling.
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Daily interaction with clients to understand their requirements.
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Interview co-ordinations.
Skill and experience:
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Minimum 1 years of experience into recruitment.
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Knowledge of different job portals. (Naukri, Monster , Indeed, LinkedIn)
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Comfortable working with IT requirements.
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Excellent communication.
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Confident and able to deliver in fast passed dynamic environment.
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Hands on working knowledge of Excel and different office tools.
Ã¢â¬Â¢ Prior client handling experience is a great add on.
